Refund & Replacement Policy

At Aroy Thai Garden Meal Prep, all meals are made fresh to order and are perishable items. For food

safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food products. However, we care deeply about

customer satisfaction and will always work to make things right.

1. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect meal, please contact us within 24 hours of

delivery. We will gladly replace the missing/incorrect item or apply a credit to your next order.

2. Quality Issues

If your meal arrives damaged, spoiled, or not up to our standards, please send us a photo within 24

hours of delivery. We will replace the meal or issue a credit.

3. Delivery Issues

If a delivery error occurs due to our mistake, we will reschedule delivery, issue a full refund, or provide a

credit. If the issue is caused by an incorrect address or the customer not being present, delivery fees

are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Because our meals are perishable and custom-prepared, we cannot offer refunds for:

- Change of mind

- Not liking a menu item

- Not being home to receive delivery

- Missing the weekly cut-off time (Sunday 12:00 PM)

5. Subscription Refunds

Subscription charges are processed automatically and cannot be refunded if you forget to cancel

before your billing date. Please cancel or pause your subscription before the next billing cycle.
